Matthew Acker, MD
Matthew Acker, MD has been practicing medicine since 1995 and is board certified in family medicine. He attended Wheaton College, Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency at In His Image in Tulsa, OK.
He and his family returned to Tulsa in 2011 after serving in Kazakhstan as medical missionaries. Acker founded and directed the International Medical Center in Almaty from 2005-2011.
Dr. Acker is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and faculty member with In His Image Family Medical Residency. He serves on the board of Interserve and International Medical Center.

Dr. Crawford is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, and is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

John Crouch, MD
John R. Crouch Jr., MD, has practiced medicine since 1967 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Crouch attended the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed his internship at St. Luke's Hospital of St. Louis.
He served two years in the U.S. Army as a flight surgeon and one year as combat aviation flight surgeon in Vietnam, earning the Air Medal and Bronze Star. He completed his residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center of Family Practice in San Bernardino, California. He has held the positions of affiliate associate professor in family practice at UCLA, and associate professor at Oral Roberts University's School of Medicine in Tulsa.
Dr. Crouch is a member of the Christian Medical/Dental Society, Christian Medical Foundation, Tulsa Academy of Family Physicians, Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Society of Teachers of Family Practice.
Mitchell Duininck, MD
Mitchell Duininck, MD, has practiced medicine since 1988 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended medical school at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in Tulsa, OK, and completed his internship and residency at Oral Roberts University Family Practice Residency Program. Frank G. Hamilton, MD, has practiced medicine since 1980 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He attended medical school at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon, and completed his internship and residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center of Family Practice in San Bernardino, California.

He attended medical school at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine, completed his internship at the City of Faith Hospital in Tulsa and completed his medical residency at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. Dr. Keller is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical Association. He enjoys biking, hiking, computers, photography, and chasing kids. He and his wife have four daughters and one son.
