Treating the Whole Patient

Nancy found herself in a very difficult situation evicted from her home and living in a homeless shelter, and referred to St. John Hospice due to congestive heart failure. Still, she wanted a place of her own. Enter Hospice social worker Janise Rowe, who coordinated donations of bedding, a microwave and other items donated from Hospice staff for Nancy's new apartment. Through Hospice, Nancy is receiving the help she needs to put her life back on track.
