Throughout the year, members of the St. John Owasso Auxiliary show their commitment to service. Some give a few hours a week, others donate many hours each day. Whether assisting visitors, running the register at the gift shop or spending time with a patient, these volunteers know they impact the lives of others in a positive way.
Since its inception at St. John Medical Center in 1951, the Auxiliary has been an integral part of the St. John Health System. And as the health system expanded to meet the needs of northeastern Oklahoma, the Auxiliary increased its volunteer services to include St. John Owasso when it opened in 2006.
For more than half a century, St. John Auxiliary members have shared the values of compassion, service and a reverence for human dignity.
