Ben was born full-term at a normal, healthy weight, but after delivery he wasn’t breathing. With Ben’s life was on the line, the physicians and staff of the St. John Neonatal Intensive Care Unit began an emergency tracheostomy, where they discovered a tumor obstructing his airway. Using the latest technology, the team created an airway so Ben could breathe and look forward to a happy, healthy childhood.
