Biography:

Dr. Raines received his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.  He completed his residency training at the University of Oregon in Portland, Oregon and the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.  He completed his fellowship training at the University of Iowa.  Dr. Raines is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
